In our first session together, we will chat about your goals, lifestyle, health/fitness conditions, and your commitment preferences.
I will then assess your movement and abilities through a series of exercises. This will help me identify areas of focus that are specific to your needs.

We will work together on a tailored program that fits your schedule and pace to achieve your goals. Regardless of your fitness level, the program will help you gain mastery over the fundamentals and take you to the next level.

I am a firm believer in enjoying what you consume. I will equip you with the knowledge to make better food choices so you don’t have to completely sacrifice what you love or follow a strict extreme diet. I will also share my tried-and-tested food hacks and recommendations!

Your training program will be designed to progress at your pace to ensure your safety and sustainability. I will work around any limitations or past injuries, help you regain mobility in weaker areas, and progress injury-free.

Repetition is key. You don’t need to be training 5 times a week and tracking macros. You just need to make small but consistent progress and be just a bit better than you were yesterday.
I will be there every step of the way to provide you with the knowledge and support both in and out of the gym.
ABOUT ME
My name is Keith and I’ve been a personal trainer since 2016, after starting my fitness journey in Los Angeles from 2008.
I am fluent in both English and Mandarin and can effectively guide you in the language you prefer. My philosophy centers around finding a sustainable path to success through balance and repetition while focusing on techniques often overlooked to optimise your workouts.
